About The Performance Center
Where effort is expected, growth is earned, and culture comes first.
The Den is a premier, high-performance training facility designed to develop athletes both mentally and physically—especially in the moments that matter most: the offseason.

Built to serve wrestlers, cheer athletes, and football players, The Den offers a clean, high-end, and intentionally designed environment where athletes can train, grow, and thrive. From youth to middle and high school levels, every athlete is given the opportunity to elevate their game in a space that values discipline, respect, and consistency.

With elite-level coaches and experienced trainers, The Den provides a full spectrum of development—from beginner pathways to advanced, sport-specific training. Through structured programs, camps, and clinics across Oakland County, athletes gain the skills, confidence, and mindset needed to compete at the next level.

The Den is not limited by school districts or affiliations. It is open to all who are willing to show up, put in the work, and be part of something bigger than themselves.

This is more than training—it’s culture-built development. A place where athletes are challenged, supported, and held to a higher standard, on and off the mat.
Meet The People Behind The Den
The standard starts with who’s leading it.
What makes The Den Athletics different starts with the people behind it.

From our Founding Partners to every Performance Coach, trainer, and clinician, this isn’t just a group of professionals—it’s a group of individuals who are deeply invested in the development of young athletes, both on and off the field.

Many of our Founding Partners are fathers who are actively involved in their own children’s athletic journeys. They’ve experienced youth sports firsthand—the highs, the gaps, and everything in between. Their investment in The Den goes beyond the facility. It’s a commitment to building something better for their kids and for the entire community.

Our coaches and trainers bring more than just knowledge of the game. They bring energy, accountability, and a genuine passion for helping athletes grow. They don’t just run sessions—they build relationships. They understand that every athlete walks in with a different story, and they take pride in meeting them where they are while pushing them toward their full potential.

What truly sets The Den apart is alignment. Every person involved shares the same standard, the same values, and the same belief in what this space is meant to be. There is no ego, no shortcuts, and no divide between levels. Just a unified focus on developing better athletes and better people.
This is a team that leads by example. A group that shows up with purpose.
And a culture that is felt the moment you walk through the door.

At The Den, it’s not just about who is coaching—it’s about who is pouring into your athlete.

And that’s what makes all the difference.
