Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

At The Den, we are committed to providing high-quality training and programming. Due to the nature of our services, the following refund policy applies:

 

Memberships & Packages

  • All memberships, class packages, and training sessions are non-refundable.

  • Memberships may not be transferred or shared unless explicitly stated.

 

Cancellations

  • You may cancel your membership at any time; however, no refunds will be issued for payments already processed.

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to: info@thedenathletics.net

 

Missed Sessions

  • Missed classes, sessions, or appointments are not eligible for refunds or credits.

  • In select cases, The Den may offer a make-up session at its discretion.

 

Program Changes or Cancellations by The Den

  • If The Den cancels a program, session, or event, a credit or refund may be issued.

  • If a program is rescheduled, no refunds will be provided unless you are unable to attend the new time.

 

Medical Exceptions

  • Refunds or credits may be considered in the case of a documented medical condition or injury that prevents participation.

  • Requests must include supporting documentation and are subject to approval.

 

Special Events & Clinics

  • Registrations for camps, clinics, or special events are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.

  • Transfers to another participant may be allowed with prior approval.

 

Membership Pauses

  • Membership pauses may be requested and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

  • Approved pauses are limited to a maximum of three (3) months within a twelve (12) month period.

  • A $20 per month service fee will apply during any approved pause period.

  • Pause requests must be submitted in writing to: info@thedenathletics.net
